Job Position: HVAC Technician

Key Responsibilities:
– Install, maintain & repair HVAC systems (Chillers, FCUs, AHUs, etc.)
– Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions
– Ensure energy-efficient and safe HVAC operations
– Maintain service logs and adhere to FM safety standards
– Requirements:
– 3–5 years’ HVAC experience (preferably in FM sector)
– Diploma/ITI in HVAC or a relevant technical field
– Sound understanding of central AC, ventilation, and wiring diagrams
– Physically fit and able to work in demanding environments
