Job Position: Procurement Officer – Construction Background
Location: UAE
Company Name: Ramah General Contracting
– Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
– Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers
– Prepare purchase orders and contracts in compliance with company policies
– Build and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships
– Ensure quality, safety, and specifications compliance
– Monitor procurement schedules and coordinate with project teams
– Handle logistics, shipping, and customs clearance when required
– Prepare procurement reports for management review
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering
– CIPS certification preferred
– 5–8 years of UAE procurement experience in construction/contracting
– Strong negotiation, communication, and contract management skills
– Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
