– Minimum 8 years of proven UAE travel industry experience
– Prior managerial role with strong team leadership
– In-depth knowledge of the UAE business travel market
– Exposure to multiple international markets
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
– Entrepreneurial mindset for establishing and scaling new business verticals
– Preferred nationality: Indian
– Lead and expand international markets
– Oversee and guide the reservations team to achieve budgets and business targets
– Define & execute strategic goals with the Dubai Management team
– Collaborate with leadership to implement business plans and policies
