Job Position: Payroll Specialist
Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
– Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all staff
– Maintain and update employee records, attendance, overtime and leave data
– Coordinate with HR and Finance on salaries, final settlements and deductions
– Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor law and company policies
– Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required
– Address payroll-related queries and provide excellent internal support
Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in payroll, preferably in hospitality
– Strong proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HR systems
– High level of accuracy, confidentiality and time management
