– Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
– A minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT coordination, service desk, or similar roles.
– Excellent English communication skills.
– Proficiency with IT service management and ticketing tools.
– Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking across projects and support tasks, with proven proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
– Critical thinking and problem-solving aptitude, with a focus on continuous improvement.
– Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks, project management, and vendor coordination.
