– This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Team Leader of the Off Plan Team. The Team Leader will manage the daily operations of the Off Plan Team, develop and implement sales strategies, and provide guidance and support to team members. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, coordinating with developers, and ensuring exceptional client service. The Team Leader will also oversee training and development of team members to achieve their full potential.
– Leadership Experience and Team Management skills
– Proficiency in Sales Strategies and Market Analysis
– Strong Client Service and Relationship Management abilities
– Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Relevant certifications in real estate or property management are beneficial
