Job Position: Senior Project Engineer cum Project Manager – NDM & Microtunneling
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Lead and manage NDM & NDRC projects, including Micro Tunneling, Thrust Boring, Horizontal Directional Drilling, and Pipe Jacking methods (mandatory).
– Oversee the construction of roads, water networks, sewerage networks, and irrigation systems.
– Manage all types of dewatering operations efficiently.
– Supervise stormwater systems, including main lines, retention sand with pump stations, and all civil & mechanical works.
– Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
– Drive strategic planning, project execution, contract administration, site management, and resource allocation.
– Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and government authorities for smooth project execution.
– Oversee cost estimation, tendering, and utilities management.
– Maintain high standards in equipment management, pipe-laying quality, and safety compliance.
– Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure and tunneling projects.
– Strong expertise in NDM & NDRC works, Micro Tunneling, Pipe Jacking, and Horizontal Directional Drilling.
– Extensive experience with water, sewerage, irrigation, and stormwater networks.
– Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
– Knowledgeable in equipment management, cost estimation, and tendering processes.
– Ability to work collaboratively with contractors, consultants, clients, and government authorities.
