Job Position: HR Administrator (Visa & Employee Services)

– Bachelor’s degree
– A minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a large organization
– Strong knowledge of government-related processes and portals (Tawteen, CBUAE)
– Experience with HR systems and maintaining employee documentation
– Hands-on experience with visas, work permits, medical, and employment contracts
– Ability to manage Emiratisation allocation and ensure accurate reporting
– Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
– Arabic language skills are a plus
