Job Position: Procurement & Logistics Officer

– Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in the Contracting and Construction industry
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
– Strong knowledge of procurement activities related to fleet, general consumables, spare parts, equipment, and O&M activities
– Expertise in Procurement & Sourcing – ability to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers
– Strong negotiation skills for pricing, terms, and contract management
– Familiarity with local and international procurement policies & procedures
– Hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and management
– Ability to minimize supply chain risks by managing supplier performance and quality
– Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple procurement requests efficiently
– High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in purchase orders, contracts, and compliance
