Job Title: Regulatory Sanctions Manager (Compliance & AML)
Location: Dubai
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- AML/CFT certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA)
- Minimum 4 years experience in managing Regulatory Sanctions in a bank/financial institution
- Sound understanding of CBUAE regulations, AML/CFT laws, and international compliance frameworks
- Experience in policy development, risk gap analysis, and control implementation
- Expertise in screening systems, IT collaboration, SOPs, and system testing
- Proven ability to lead large teams, coach, and deliver on KPIs
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, high-pressure environments
- Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset
