Job Position: LP Security Supervisor

– The retail experiences with at least (2) years of essential experience
– The Security/Loss Prevention experiences
– Supervise the main tasks and performance of the external security company
– Monitor the waste process daily and ensure it is done properly according to the SOP
– Ensure spot and random checks of incoming deliveries from suppliers are performed efficiently, without affecting the timing of the receiving process
– Train employees on the basics of safety and security protocols
– Review CCTV footage as needed to explore or investigate specific cases, using it as evidence for any violations of company policies
– Conduct random checks with external security guards regarding the movement of merchandise (e.g., trucks, B2B, stores, returns to suppliers, transfers between warehouses)
– Ensure that all trucks going to stores are properly sealed
– Attend the monthly warehouse inventory and review results with the area security manager, investigating any unusual findings if necessary
– Initiate official investigations into security, safety, and loss prevention cases after consulting with the security manager
– Ensure that all inbound and outbound processes are carried out properly, and raise any comments or recommendations to the security manager to minimize losses and prevent hazards
