– We’re hiring a Site Architect for a leading real estate developer in Dubai to manage on-site execution for high-rise and luxury villa projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee architectural execution, ensuring design, quality, and compliance standards.
– Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors for seamless project delivery.
– Review shop drawings and materials and ensure regulatory compliance.
– Conduct site inspections, resolve design issues, and provide timely solutions.
– Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil teams for conflict-free execution.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s/ Master’s in Architecture.
– 3–7 years’ experience in high-rise & luxury villa projects.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
– Strong technical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
