Job Position: Senior Interior Architect
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Work accurately to written or verbal briefs, delivering across all project phases.
– Handle complete project lifecycles from concept to completion.
– Prepare and present high-quality interior design concepts.
– Manage design development packages, drawings, and schedules.
– Coordinate with architects, consultants, and vendors.
– Review shop drawings, submittals, and construction details to ensure design intent.
– Produce FF&E, material, fixtures, and lighting schedules.
– Report to the Design Director with excellent communication and teamwork.
– Proven experience in all project phases (concept → completion).
– Strong design and technical skills, including space planning and presentation.
– Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (Revit a plus).
– Ability to develop design concepts into compelling presentations and mood boards.
– Strong knowledge of interior detailing, schedules, and specifications.
– Familiarity with Dubai Municipality codes.
– Detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated with strong time management.
– Team player with a professional, positive attitude.
– Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month
