Job Position: Sales & Business Development Manager (B2B)

– Lead and mentor the sales and business development team to achieve ambitious targets.
– Conduct weekly and monthly team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and skills.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
– Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
– Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and regular follow-ups.
– Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and service agreements.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met with tailored solutions.
– Monitor performance metrics and report on pipeline, prospects, and conversions to management.
– Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
– Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development processes, and client relationship management.
– Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
– Excellent networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor activity.
– Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic business environment.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management within accounting, audit, or tax consultancy in the UAE.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the accounting, audit, or tax consultancy industry in the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax, Excise Tax) and the business setup environment.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
– UAE Driving License is an added advantage.
