Job Position: Senior Projects Manager

– “Manazil Group” is hiring an experienced and passionate “Senior Projects Manager” to join our In-house Construction Company in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of company’s new construction projects.
– Oversee the successful delivery of high-rise residential, mixed-use, and luxury hospitality developments in Sharjah.
– Lead multiple projects and subcontractors, managing budgets, manpower, schedules, risks, and quality standards, while ensuring full compliance with UAE construction regulations and international hospitality brand standards.
– Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept design to handover, including scope, procurement, cost, time, risk, resources, and close-out.
– Oversee day-to-day construction, ensuring seamless coordination between consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and hospitality operators.
– Lead multidisciplinary project teams, creating a high-performance environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and results.
– Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
– Develop project execution plans with clear deliverables, baseline schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
– Conduct cost optimization reviews and value engineering exercises.
– Coordinate, review, and approve designs, shop drawings, material submittals, FF&E packages, and technical documentation.
– Coordinate and oversee electromechanical works, final finishings, interior fit-out, joinery works, and finishes to meet luxury hospitality and residential standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
– 15+ years of experience in managing high-rise buildings and hospitality projects, with at least 8 years in the UAE.
– Expertise in luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, and high-rise towers.
– Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, value engineering, and operational integration.
– Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
– Proven success in delivering high-rise towers exceeding 30+ floors.
– Experience in FF&E, joinery production, fit-out, and high-end finishes.
– Strong technical and design management capabilities with an eye for detail and quality.
