– GPG Global Real Estate is hiring an experienced Real Estate Broker for its Off-Plan Team (French Speaker Preferred).

– Key Responsibilities:
– Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
– Provide customers with comprehensive and consistent support throughout the entire sales process
– Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
– Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
– Display and market real property to possible buyers
– Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective buyers
– Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
– Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
– Requirements:
– Proven working experience as a Luxury Real Estate Broker (minimum 1 year)
– Language skills: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, and German
– Ability to work independently, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
– Strong sales, negotiatio, and communication skills
– MS Office and CRM systems familiarity
– Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
– Valid UAE Driving License.
