Job Position: Store Keeper

– Receive and inspect all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders.
– Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock movements.
– Ensure proper storage and labeling of products.
– Organize and maintain the store layout to optimize storage and accessibility.
– Monitor stock levels and communicate with the procurement team for replenishments.
– Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store area.
– Prepare and issue items as requested by departments or production teams.
– Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
– Maintain inventory databases and documentation
– Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory clerk, or similar role.
– Good understanding of inventory control systems and procedures.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software).
– Attention to detail and accuracy.
– Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
