– Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between management, external vendors, and internal teams. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure smooth collaboration across departments. This role requires excellent communication skills in Russian and English, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive mindset.
– Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors (including HIS system providers and other technology partners). Collaborate with management and stakeholders on marketing, administrative, and IT initiatives. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions. Support decision-making by preparing reports, presentations, and insights. Ensure clear communication and alignment between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
– Requirements: Fluency in Russian (mandatory) and strong command of English. Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working with IT systems, healthcare systems, or administrative tools is a plus. Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
