Job Position: Reception Supervisor – Automotive Industry

– Monitor, manage, train & support service advisors to obtain the maximum level of customer satisfaction.
– Supervise reception area for proper flow & operations.
– Organize reception area to fulfil principal standards & requirements.
– Monitor service advisors’ performance to meet set targets & objectives by the Service Manager.
– Train service advisors to apply customer care steps advised by the Company & Principal.
– Suggest ideas & plans to enhance customer satisfaction level.
– Prepare & submit reports required by the Service Manager, taking into consideration deadlines.
– Follow & solve customers’ complaints escalated by service advisors.
– Diploma Degree in IT/BA or any equivalent.
– 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer service (preferred with any Automotive Agency/Dealer).
– Excellent communication skills in English (additional Arabic language preferred).
– Smart appearance.
– High management skills to drive employees’ engagement & motivation.
– Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
