Job Position: Planning Engineer

– We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met in alignment with the overall project goals.
– Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6 / MS Project).
– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to gather relevant project data.
– Monitor project progress against baseline schedules and report variances.
– Identify potential risks, delays, and recommend corrective actions.
– Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and schedules to management and clients.
– Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
– Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in planning, preferably in [Construction / MEP / Fit-out / Infrastructure] projects.
– Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
– Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Familiarity with local regulations and standards (if applicable).
– Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PSP) preferred.
– Experience in delay analysis and claim preparation preferred.
– Knowledge of ERP or planning-related software tools preferred.
