– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
– Fluent in Arabic (spoken & written)
– Proven experience in Talent Acquisition within the Oil & Gas sector
– Strong background in both blue- and white-collar recruitment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
