– Owning a 360° desk with full responsibility for business development, client delivery, and revenue generation
– Building a client portfolio in construction, engineering, oil & gas, or aligned technical verticals across the UAE and GCC
– Managing both perm and/or contract roles, depending on your strengths
– Conducting sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, and aftercare
– Working closely with leadership to scale into a team leadership role if desired
– Proven experience as a 360° recruiter in construction, technical, engineering, or oil & gas sectors
– Confident in business development and managing your own client relationships
– Strong commercial awareness and goal orientation
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing agency environment
– Already in the UAE or willing to relocate quickly
