Job Position: Associate, International M&A Advisory

– Blueforge Partners is an international strategy and M&A advisory boutique with offices in Paris and Barcelona, now expanding to Dubai. We advise corporations, shareholders, and financial investors on their international growth strategies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
– We are looking for an Associate to join our Dubai team and play a key role in cross-border transactions, directly engaging with C-level executives and investors.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and coordinate execution workstreams on M&A transactions (buy-side, sector consolidation, transmissions)
– Prepare client materials (pitch books, information memoranda, board presentations)
– Manage due diligence and data rooms, liaising with advisors across jurisdictions
– Support origination efforts: market mapping, target identification, strategic outreach
– Build and nurture client relationships at the C-level
– Contribute to the growth of our Dubai office within our global platform
Requirements:
– 3–5 years’ experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or strategy consulting
– Strong international background and cultural agility
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage with C-level executives
– Entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced boutique environment
– Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus)
– Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
