We are currently seeking a seasoned Marine Service Advisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. – Role Overview: As a Marine Service Advisor, you will be the key liaison between our valued clients and our technical service team. Your role will ensure that every vessel receives meticulous care, and every client enjoys a seamless service experience.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary contact for yacht and cruiser owners regarding service inquiries, diagnostics, and maintenance scheduling
– Prepare detailed service orders and coordinate with marine technicians for timely execution
– Conduct initial assessments and recommend appropriate service solutions
– Provide transparent cost estimates and secure client approvals
– Monitor service progress and maintain proactive communication with clients
– Ensure all work meets Elite Yachts’ quality standards and UAE maritime regulations
– Manage service documentation, invoicing, and payment collection
– Advise clients on preventative maintenance, upgrades, and seasonal service packages
– Qualifications:
– 3–5 years of experience in marine service advisory, specifically with yachts and cruisers
– Strong technical understanding of marine systems and luxury vessel maintenance
– Familiarity with Dubai Marina operations and UAE maritime regulations
– Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an asset
– UAE driving license preferred
– Education & Certifications: Diploma or certification in Marine Engineering, Maritime Services, or related field
