Job Title: Technical Administrator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain PPM schedules, inspection logs, and prepare monthly reports.
- Compliance Monitoring: Track AMC renewals, statutory documents, and regulatory compliance.
- Fit-Out Oversight: Manage fit-out approvals, inspections, and document submissions.
- Customer Service Coordination: Monitor and escalate maintenance issues via Anacity.
- Vendor & Site Management: Maintain vendor records, conduct site visits, and assist procurement.
- Administrative Support: Assist technical teams, prepare reports, and attend OC meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in JOP, FM, or real estate technical administration
- Familiarity with RERA, Dubai Municipality, and CAFM systems (Anacity, Mollak) is an advantage
