Job Title: Logistics Officer
Location: Jordan
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new car vehicle orders and report to the direct manager
- Update and maintain the daily vehicle stock list
- Generate daily sales reports
- Submit PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) requests to the workshop
- Manage insurance policies and extended warranty files
- Prepare documentation for new car shipments
- Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers or principals
- Analyze and review stock purchasing decisions based on market conditions
- Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and specifications with suppliers
- Source new goods locally and internationally
- Manage freight arrangements and liaise with forwarders
- Ensure all purchasing complies with internal guidelines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Sciences
- 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy
- Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage records
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team
