Job Title: Logistics Officer

Location: Jordan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new car vehicle orders and report to the direct manager
  • Update and maintain the daily vehicle stock list
  • Generate daily sales reports
  • Submit PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) requests to the workshop
  • Manage insurance policies and extended warranty files
  • Prepare documentation for new car shipments
  • Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers or principals
  • Analyze and review stock purchasing decisions based on market conditions
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and specifications with suppliers
  • Source new goods locally and internationally
  • Manage freight arrangements and liaise with forwarders
  • Ensure all purchasing complies with internal guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Sciences
  • 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to manage records
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team
