Job Position: Public Relations Officer

– To manage and streamline all visa, licensing, and employee documentation processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with a solid background in regulatory compliance and government liaison, particularly within the property sector.
– Handle day-to-day processing of visas, work permits, and other employee documentation.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.
– Process and renew business licenses.
– Coordinate with government entities such as MOHRE, TAMM, DHA, and others.
– Support company programs such as Pension, Nafis, and Tawteen.
– Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across the Group.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
– 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the property management sector.
– Familiarity with visa processing systems, labour laws, and UAE government portals.
– PRO certifications or formal training in government relations are an added advantage.
– Fluency in Arabic and English is essential (Professional level).
– Profiles with experience in the real estate/property sector will be given priority consideration during the screening process.
