Job Position: Senior Officer, Business Process Delivery
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– To lead and execute KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes for client onboarding and reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies (Insurance)
– Analyze and improve operational processes for efficiency and compliance.
– Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and liaise with IT for implementation.
– Conduct process audits and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
– Support system enhancements and ensure successful project rollouts.
– Maintain effective communication with internal departments and external vendors.
– Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with best practices.
– Bachelor’s Degree (minimum)
– Must have CAMS certification
– 5–7 years of relevant experience in business process delivery or operations in the Insurance domain
– Bilingual (English/Arabic) required.
