– We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Lighting Design & Development Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of automotive lighting systems from concept to production.
– Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Key Identify opportunities for new products.
– Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in line with business and customer requirements.
– Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
– Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficiency.
– Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality benchmarks.
– Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
