Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Jordan
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose vehicle issues through customer interaction, inspections, and test drives
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and services
- Create and manage repair orders (RO) and enter them into the system
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding vehicle status, repairs, and timelines
- Keep detailed automotive service records
- Stay up to date with industry trends and manufacturer updates
- Support the service team’s goals and organizational values
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure
