Job Position: Business Head – Vision Safety Division

– Drive strategic planning in line with the Group’s growth vision for the fire & life safety sector.
– Lead business development initiatives and expand market presence across the UAE & GCC.
– Oversee end-to-end operations including firefighting systems, fire alarm systems, and maintenance services.
– Ensure compliance with UAE Civil Defence codes and international fire safety standards.
– Build strong collaboration with internal teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
– Provide leadership & mentorship to managers and teams, building a high-performance safety culture.
– Foster innovation in safety solutions and service delivery to maintain competitive advantage.
– Proven ability to drive sales strategies, achieve business targets, and deliver sustainable growth.
– Strong track record in customer engagement, key account management, and relationship building.
– Skilled in project planning, execution, and risk management within the fire & safety industries.
– Experienced in budgeting, pricing strategies, and cost optimization.
– Ability to inspire and lead diverse teams, ensuring alignment with company values and ethics.
– Commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
– Minimum 15 years’ experience in Firefighting, Fire Protection Systems, and Safety Solutions.
– At least 3 years in a Senior Manager or Business Head role, preferably within the UAE/GCC.
– Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Defence requirements, NFPA codes, and regional safety regulations.
