Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and oversee detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Resolve challenges and implement project management best practices.
- Promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Requirements:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Experience with BIM projects is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver superior project outcomes
