Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
✔ Experience: 8-15 years in HR & Admin
✔ Skills: HR software proficiency is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement workforce planning, budgeting & career development strategies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage statutory requirements & employee grievances
- Oversee payroll processing, maintain personnel records & ensure workplace safety
- Execute hiring & onboarding strategies, monitor attrition & conduct training programs
- Supervise security, housekeeping, transportation & CSR initiatives for smooth operations
