Position: Manager – HR & Admin

Location: Ludhiana

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification

Experience: 8-15 years in HR & Admin

Skills: HR software proficiency is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop & implement workforce planning, budgeting & career development strategies
  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage statutory requirements & employee grievances
  •  Oversee payroll processing, maintain personnel records & ensure workplace safety
  • Execute hiring & onboarding strategies, monitor attrition & conduct training programs
  • Supervise security, housekeeping, transportation & CSR initiatives for smooth operations
