Current Job Openings:

1) Event Planner – Abu Dhabi

• Start Date: ASAP (3 months contract)
• Work Hours: Mon – Fri (Extended hours during event dates, including weekends)
• Requirements:
  • 4+ years of operational experience managing large-scale events & exhibitions.
  • Knowledge of exhibition industry terminology, floor management, health and safety norms, and government procedures.
  • UAE residency with a valid NOC.
  • Based in Abu Dhabi and ideally holding a valid driver’s license.

2) Project Manager – Dubai

• Start Date: 4 Nov to 6 Feb (Dates might change based on setup/handover)
• Work Hours: Mon – Fri (Extended hours during event dates, including weekends)
• Requirements:
  • 3+ years in project management, focusing on large-scale events.
  • Strong skills in planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and conflict resolution.
  • Experience with financial reporting and managing end-to-end event delivery within budget.
  • UAE residency with a valid NOC and ideally a valid driver’s license.
