Requirements

– Above 5 years of relevant IT Support experience.
– Proven experience in an Exchange House or Financial Services environment.
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
– Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

Required Skills

– End-to-end IT support (infrastructure, users, and branch operations).
– Windows and Microsoft 365 administration.
– Network and connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, and branch connectivity).
– Active Directory and user access management.
– Hardware, desktop, laptop, and printer support.
– CCTV and access control systems support.
– IT asset and vendor management.
– Basic cybersecurity and system compliance.
– Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
