Financial Controller Jobs in Dubai (Vacancies)
Swank Development is hiring a Financial Controller in Dubai to ensure consistent corporate financial strategy, managing accounts, financial statements, and tax data, and acting as the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
Qualifications:
The job requires 10-15 years of post-qualification experience, 5+ years in managerial roles, experience in real estate development, and professional certification in finance/accounting. Experience in the UAE market/GCC region is preferred. Deep knowledge of real estate, preferably residential and mixed-use development, FP&A perspective, accounting and IFRS knowledge, and track record of positive results in a hands-on environment.
