Vinhar HR Consultants is hiring a Landscape Supervisor (Agriculture) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Supervisor will oversee farms, perform quality checks, monitor crop growth and health, ensure timely operations, and manage a team of workers. They will also prepare reports on farm activities and provide guidance on best practices for maximum productivity and yield.
Qualifications:
The job requires 3+ years of supervisor experience in landscaping or agriculture, with palm cultivation experience preferred. A good understanding of farm operations and management practices is required. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills are required. The ability to work in a team, manage under pressure, and maintain good record-keeping and computer skills is also required. Fluency in English or Arabic is preferred.
