Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or any related field relevant in the school.
– 2–3 years of experience in parent relations, customer service, school administration or a similar role.
– Previous experience in a school environment is preferred.
– Strong interpersonal, customer-service, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email and school communication or student information system (toddle).
– Willing to work in Khalifa City A, Abu Dhabi.
