Job Summary
Savills Middle East in Sharjah is hiring a Facilities Administrator to work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure the facility needs of all properties in the managed portfolio are met, maintained safely and efficiently, and daily custodial tasks are completed.
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
The job requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s Graduate, at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent MS Office skills, knowledge of MEP and civil maintenance jobs, local guidelines, strong language and communication skills, flexibility to work outside of working hours, confident handling of conflicts, strong customer service skills, and a team player. The role will be based in the Sharjah office full-time.
