We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our kitchen brigade in various positions, each integral to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Position Openings:
- Commis 1
- Commis 2
- Commis 3
- DCDP (Demie Chef de Partie)
- CDP (Chef de Partie)
Cuisine Focus: American/Italian
Location: Riyadh and Al Khobar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Must have a transferrable Iqama.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
Commis 1, 2, and 3:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes as directed by the chef.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Learn and grow culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
DCDP (Demie Chef de Partie):
- Support the Chef de Partie in food preparation and cooking.
- Supervise the Commis team and ensure quality standards are met.
- Contribute to menu planning and innovation.
CDP (Chef de Partie):
- Lead a section of the kitchen, overseeing Commis and Demie Chef de Partie.
- Contribute to menu development and create new dishes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
