JC Maclean International FZCO, a Fit-out Company based in JAFZA, is seeking a Senior Accountant for their current staff.

Handling all trade finance activities for the application, issuance, and amendments of bank guarantees, letters of credit, LATR, and PPC discounting.
Review, verification, and release of commercial invoices submitted by vendors under LCs.
Preparing reports pertaining to revenue, receivables, collections, pending billing, certified & un-certified works, advances from customers, and Project SOAs on a regular basis.
Banks, project receivables, and revenue-related JV’s posting and reconciliations in ERP.
Coordinating with PMs and QS for timely billing of all the projects.
Preparing and maintaining logs for all the Tax Invoices issued from the date of VAT implementation in UAE.
Follow up with the project team and client for the acknowledgments of issued tax invoices for VAT compliance purposes.
Follow up with Estimation, Procurement, Purchase, Commercial, and HR departments for information/details required for cost tracking and reporting for the newly awarded projects.
To lead software implementation.
Any other assignment given by the management.
