Hilti Emirates seeks a Hilti Store Representative in Dubai to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales and broad product knowledge, ensuring outstanding customer service across the Hilti catalog.
What you need is:
- A Bachelor of Engineering or an MBA
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in either retail or sales, in a similar industry
- Currently living in Dubai, or willing to relocate to Dubai from within the UAE
- Superior verbal and written English communication skills, with excellent interpersonal abilities
- System Expertise; using systems SAP/ERP and CRM.
- An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset with a team-oriented, self-driven attitude
- A proven track record as a top performer who consistently meets and exceeds goals
- A willingness to work in a sales-driven environment
- Customer activation with focus and Passion for results
- Ability to work with different level stakeholders and various function groups.
