System & Network Support Engineer

Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
– Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
– Experience in network, firewall, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
– Familiarity with IP telephony, CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.
– Ability to provide onsite and remote technical support.
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
– IT-related certifications are an added advantage.
– Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC for visa transfer.
– Immediate joiners and candidates with a valid Qatar driving license will be preferred.
