Job Title: HR Generalist
Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 AED
Location: Dubai
Requirements:
- Must have experience in creating policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of performance management, including goal setting and KPIs.
- Familiarity with UAE Labor Law.
- Proficiency in conducting the full recruitment cycle, including headhunting on LinkedIn.
- Ability to cultivate organizational culture and enhance internal communication.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
