Requirements
– 3–4 years of experience in account management, business development/new business, or a commercial role.
– Experience working within the Retail and/or Pharmacy industry is required.
– Experienced negotiator with the ability to drive mutual value for both partners and Deliveroo.
– Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills.
– Confident working with and analyzing data to identify performance improvements and make clear, actionable recommendations.
– Ability to create ideas and strategies to drive the growth of joint business with partners.
– Willingness to trial ideas at pace.
– Collaborative team player who can work effectively with people at all levels of Deliveroo.
– Experience working in a dynamic, high-growth company is preferable.
