Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
1 – Site Engineer (Civil)
– Supervises daily site execution, coordinates manpower and subcontractors, and ensures works are completed as per drawing, quality, and safety standards
– Civil Engineer with 5+ years’ site experience in building construction projects
2 – Land Surveyor
– Carries out site setting out levels, alignment checks, as-built surveys, and supports accurate execution of civil works
– Diploma/Survey qualification with strong experience in Total Station, Auto Level, and construction surveying
3 – Sr. Quantity Surveyor
– Manages civil quantities, BOQ, payment applications, variations, subcontractor claims, cost control, and commercial documentation
– Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with strong civil contracting experience
4 – QA/QC Engineers & Inspectors
– Ensures civil works comply with project specifications, ITPs, method statements, inspection requirements, and quality standards
– Civil Engineering/Diploma background with relevant QA/QC experience in civil construction projects
5 – HSE Engineer
– Implements HSE plans, monitors compliance, conducts risk assessments, inspections, incident reviews, and supports site safety performance
– Engineering background with NEBOSH/IOSH and strong construction HSE experience
6 – Safety Officer
– Supports daily site safety inspections, toolbox talks, permit checks, PPE compliance, and unsafe condition reporting
– NEBOSH/IOSH qualification with relevant construction site safety experience
