Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
– Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in building construction projects.
– Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and project budgeting.
– Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and industry standards.
– Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Experience Required: Minimum 4–5 years in building construction within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

– Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.
– Evaluate contractor quotations and manage project costs.
– Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
– Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
– Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
– Ensure compliance with contractual and commercial requirements.
