Job Position:
1 – AC/Multi Technician
Location:
– Dubai, UAE
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years UAE experience as an AC Technician / Multi Technician
– Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting
– Experience in Facility Management/AMC company preferred
– Basic knowledge of MEP maintenance works
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Immediate joiners preferred
Job Responsibilities:
– Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of AC/HVAC systems
– Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities
– Diagnose and troubleshoot AC equipment faults
– Handle split AC, package units, FCU, AHU, and other HVAC systems
– Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
– Check refrigerant levels, compressors, motors, and electrical components
– Attend maintenance requests and complete assigned tasks within timelines
– Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
– Follow safety procedures and company standards during all activities
