Current Job Opportunities
Job Position: – MEP Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the operation and maintenance of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting, BMS, and ELV systems
– Plan, supervise, and monitor preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities
– Conduct technical inspections, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
– Prepare technical reports, quotations, BOQs, method statements, and maintenance plans
– Ensure compliance with HSE, local authority regulations, and FM best practices
Qualification / Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 5+ years of UAE/GCC Facilities Management experience
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, BMS, and Fire Protection systems
– Excellent leadership, communication, and technical reporting skills
– UAE Driving License is preferred
