Requirements
– Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in estimation.
– Strong experience in Joinery & Metal Works is essential.
– Good knowledge of materials, production methods, and UAE market rates.
– Ability to read and understand technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
– Strong knowledge of MS Excel and estimation/costing procedures.
– Good communication and negotiation skills.
– Must be currently based in the UAE.
– Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.
